Shipping Policy

Most merchandise is shipped the day the order is received, provided that :

• The item is in stock
• Payment has been properly authorized.
• The order is received before 3:00pm eastern time.

Carriers

Different suppliers use different shipment modes, and may make different shipping choices under differing circumstances, but generally:

• Tools & Equipment, and Bulk Automotive Chemicals are delivered by the supplier's own delivery trucks or LTL.
• Office & Janitorial Supplies, Printed Forms and Appearance Products & Supplies are delivered by UPS Ground.
• Promotional Products are delivered by FEDEX Ground.
• Hazardous or flammable chemicals are delivered by LTL common carrier.

Freight rates

Freight charges, when applicable, are added to your invoice during the checkout step. Unlike other sites that charge up to 15% of the merchandise price for freight, most of our freight is pre-paid in the merchandise selling price, with these exceptions:

• Car Care supplies add a 6 percent freight charge for orders less than $200.
• Automotive Forms carry a 6 percent freight charge for orders of less than $50.
• Some promotional goods add a $5.00 freight charge to orders less than $50.00.
• Custom Products and Large Equipment vary, please see specific products for more information.
